MemberMATCH - GPO & PHS Roster Management

Alliance’s automated solution for membership matching reduces the risks associated with the PHS 340(b) program, and GPO roster management.

MemberMATCH, correlates membership information from internal contract management applications with HRSA’s published list of entities that are eligible for PHS pricing. Alliance’s proven, highly successful Master Data eXchange (MDX) customer master management software provides the foundation for MemberMATCH.

MemberMATCH-PHS has been proven to deliver significant benefits, including:

MemberMATCH also correlates trading partner information from internal contract management applications with the published rosters available from group purchasing organizations. MemberMATCH is fully automated and applies MDX’s advanced cleansing and matching rules to enrich inbound roster information three different ways:

• Standardization – Inbound data is cleansed and processed using proprietary algorithms that make it more “matchable”
• Matching – Records are compared across systems to identify links between rosters, third party data sources, and internal systems, preventing data duplication and erroneous association of customers to contracts
• Enrichment – Identifiers from third party data sources and demographic information can be linked to provide greater analytical power from the cleansed contracted customer master
