Requirements Definition, System Selection and Roadmaps

Alliance has delivered several projects helping clients establish a strategy to establish, improve, or upgrade their contract management systems capabilities. All of these projects leverage ReqPro, a proprietary database of requirements that allows us to accelerate the requirements definition process.  This leaves more time in the project to focus on which areas will be key differentiators in the selection process.  The primary output of these engagements is typically a recommended contract management systems architecture that supports regulatory compliance and advanced contracting strategies, as well as integrated data management capabilities. 

These recommendations are presented in the context of a roadmap that shows a logical progression based on individual client needs and priorities.  In addition to the roadmap, Alliance also provides the detailed and prioritized requirements for Commercial and Government Contracting to aid in software platform selections. The selection process used by Alliance includes definition and weighting of assessment criteria, objective scoring and ranking of candidate packages through a combination of RFP responses and conference room pilots, subjective assessment and final selection.
