As part of data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives, Alliance often works with its clients to develop information architecture strategies and build roadmaps for evolving commercial operations information architectures. Alliance's approach in developing decision support programs begings with assessment in three areas: 1)"goodness of fit" of current system capabilities to current and upcoming business needs; 2) stability, capability and extensibility of existing technical architecture components; and 3) processes and organizational capabilities that support the data warehouse and business intelligence environment.
Based on the outcome of the assessment, Alliance provides recommendations in each area and delivers a roadmap consisting of initiatives and programs that are alligned to critical business needs, and that are feasible in the context of resource requirements and organizational capability.
